1. The survey

Swiss Life, having its registered office at 25 route d’Arlon, L-8009 Luxembourg, registered with the Commercial Register under the number 22663, which can be contacted at the address irene.fischbach@swisslife.com, hereafter referred to as the Organiser, is operating the online survey « Swiss Life pension survey 2011» on www.trust-in-future.lu, www.trust-in-future.com, www.trustinfuture.lu, www.trustinfuture.com with the assistance of the Vanksen agency : RDLUX s.a. at 7 Rue des Mérovingiens, Centre Hermès, L-8070 Bertrange (contact info@vanksen.com).

The webuser will have the opportunity to request the sending of the Study issued by SwissLife and any further information about products and services from Swiss Life by mentioning its email address and check the related box. It is specified that the email address will only be treated by Swiss Life as controller for its own use namely sending information about SwissLife and its products and services, by the intermediary of Vanksen as processor.

SwissLife undertakes to take all appropriate measures to respect all commitments mentioned here above and the modified Luxemburgish Law of 2 August 2002 on the Protection of Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data. Then SwissLife will only collect and process the data of webuser who requests to receive further information about products and services from Swiss Life. Any webuser have the rights to access, amend and delete its personal data collected and treated by the SwissLife, or cancel its subscription, by sending written request to irene.fischbach@swisslife.com.
